Method: Wash the brown rice in running water and soak it for 15-20 hours. Grate Desi Ghee the jaggery and keep it aside. Take a heavy bottom vessel and boil 2 cups of water in it. Sheermaal is a baked flatbread from ethnic Muslim cuisine. It is made using a dough comprising refined flour, milk, a pinch of salt, sugar, clarified butter (ghee) and Vetivier (kewda).
